We are passionate about promoting the growth of the healthiest feet possible for your horse while ensuring their comfort, particularly during physical activity. Our approach includes building a relationship with your horse to create a positive trimming experience for them.
For the first trim, we prioritize a comprehensive consultation, if not already conducted, and a conservative approach to assessing how the trim impacts your horse's movement and the biomechanics of the hoof. This allows us to make informed decisions about subsequent trims.
We advocate for a 4-5 week trim schedule to monitor progress, and in some cases, we may recommend a shorter schedule for horses undergoing rehabilitation. Our commitment to ongoing evaluation and adjustment ensures that your horse receives the most tailored hoof care possible.
